40 weeks 0 days (July 28, 2013)....baby's due date!!! :)
How Far Along: 40 weeks 0 days
Today’s date: 7/28/13....little boy’s due date!! :)
Size of the Baby: a jackfruit
Maternity Clothes: yes :) ....grown out of most of the shirts I have though...yikes!
Stretch marks: yes...more than earlier this week too
Weight gain: 56 lbs. (so I now weigh 160 lbs.) :P
Sleep: much better most nights :) although I do miss sleeping like a normal human being ;) ....Was awake for almost 2 hours in the wee hours of this morning though...
Best Moment of the Week: Feeling little boy move around everyday!
Movement: yes! Little boy is getting more active and getting stronger!
Food Cravings: blizzards from DQ or Culvers, lemonade and frozen lemonade drinks/slushies
Gender: Boy!!
Belly Button in or out: out
Anything making you queasy or sick: hamburgers/cheeseburgers, mexican food
Labor Signs: maybe! Had a bunch of braxton hix starting around 9:33 this morning before church and had them one right after another at church! had them through lunch and then I took a 20 minute nap and they died down quite a bit. Feeling crampy like before/the first couple days of a period. Hoping this is the early stages of labor! Trying not to get my hopes up too much, but I really hope this is it! :) Andy seems to be pretty sure this is it though. :)
Wedding ring on or off: Off :(
What I miss: sleeping through the night/sleeping lying down. I also miss things like being able to cuddle up close to Andy or giving him a closer hug...baby bump gets in the way ;)
What I am looking forward to: meeting our sweet baby! can’t wait to see what he looks like!! I can’t wait to kiss his little cheeks too!
Nursery: I have it mostly set up! Just have to hang up stuff on the walls! His name sign for his bedroom is painted, now I just have to put it together! :)
Emotions: Happy and excited!! :) Thankful for this little blessing! Looking forward to meeting him!

Size of the Baby: a watermelon
Maternity Clothes: yes :) ....growing out of all the shirts I have though...yikes!

Weight gain: 53 lbs. (so I now weigh 157 lbs.) :P

So 1 year ago today was when I went to one of my doctors (in GR) and what I didn't want to hear....I heard. That I most likely wasn't ovulating and so she didn't know if we would be able to have kids or not. I knew that with all my health issues that I've known about since I was 19 had that possibility but it doesn't seem as real when at the time I was 19 I had no boyfriend and marriage and having babies was still in the little distant future and my being an optimist hoped for the best and did one of the "that happens to other people...not me" things. I was crushed 1 year ago today....I cried....and I couldn't wait for Andy to get home from work so I could be in his arms. Now 1 year later we are waiting any day for our precious little boy to arrive!! His due date is the 28th! I hope he comes soon because I can't wait to meet him and hold him in my arms and kiss him and tell him how much I love him! I am so thankful and blessed that God has given us this baby!! Such a treasure and sweet gift to cherish! God has been so very gracious and has continue to give us strength! :) Thank you to those who have been praying for us and him throughout the journey!

Happy 2nd Anniversary to my amazing husband!!! Thank you for loving me for me Andy! I love you so much! It has been another wonderful year being married to you! I'm so thankful that God brought us together! You make the good times better and the hard times less hard because we have each other!

38 weeks 1 day (7/15/13)
How Far Along: 38 weeks 1 day
Today’s date: 7/15/13
Size of the Baby: a pumpkin
Maternity Clothes: yes :)
Stretch marks: a few small ones....ummm....elsewhere....but none on my belly (although I’ve had the line running down my belly called linea nigra for a long time now)
Weight gain: 50 lbs. (so I now weigh 154 lbs.) :P
Sleep: much better most nights :) although I do miss sleeping like a normal human being ;)
Best Moment of the Week: Feeling little boy move around everyday!
Movement: yes! Little boy is getting more active and getting stronger!
Food Cravings: blizzards from DQ or Culvers, lemonade and frozen lemonade drinks/slushies

36 weeks 3 days (7/3/13)
How Far Along: 36 weeks 3 days
Today’s date: 7/3/13
Size of the Baby: a honeydew melon
Maternity Clothes: yes :)
Stretch marks: none (although I’ve had the line running down my belly called linea nigra for a long time now)
Weight gain: 46 lbs. (so I now weigh 150 lbs.) :P
Sleep: much better the past 4 nights....I’ve been sleeping in a more upright position propped up by several pillows like this \___ . I’ve slept a TON better and have had either no pain or a lot less pain which has been wonderful and has given me more energy the past few days. :)
Best Moment of the Week: Had another doctor appointment today and when she checked me she said that my cervix hasn’t dilated yet, but that it is thinner! We’re starting to make progress and this means little boy’s arrival is starting to get closer!! All those Braxton Hix contractions are doing something! Also as always, feeling little boy move around everyday! Tonight is also our last birth class!
Movement: yes! Little boy is getting more active and getting stronger!
Food Cravings: blizzards from DQ or Culvers, lemonade and frozen lemonade drinks/slushies

Weight gain: 45 lbs. (so I now weigh 149 lbs.)
Sleep: super painful the past month. every time I turn in bed it hurts a ton :P
Best Moment of the Week: Officially deciding on a name for little boy this past Sunday (6/23/13)!
Movement: yes! Little boy is getting more active and getting stronger!
Food Cravings: blizzards from DQ or Culvers, lemonade and frozen lemonade drinks/slushies

Stretch marks: none (although I’ve had the line running down my belly called linea nigra for a while now)
Weight gain: 44 lbs. (so I now weigh 148 lbs.)
Sleep: super painful the past month. every time I turn in bed it hurts a ton :P
Best Moment of the Week: feeling little boy moves around everyday!
Movement: yes! Little boy is getting more active and getting stronger! (doctor said today that little boy is still head down! yay!)
Food Cravings: blizzards from DQ or Culvers, lemonade and frozen lemonade drinks/slushies

Wedding ring on or off: Off....had to take my wedding and engagement rings off on monday night :( (6/17/13). bought an $8.00 ring at the mall so I can still wear something :)
What I miss: sleeping through the night ;) and getting out of bed easily/being limber....
What I am looking forward to: meeting our sweet baby! can’t wait to see what he looks like!! I can’t wait to kiss his little cheeks too!
